WHAT WE DO

We offer our clients a modern option to resolve the debt.

Matters can be resolved on-line,  in minutes  (subject to conditions, and full payment).

Alternatively, if a substantial offer of payment is made,

with regular  part payments to follow, then a bailiffs visit may be avoided - saving  time and unnecessary additional costs.

(This can also be arranged on-line if appropriate).

We recognize that not everyone is in the happy position to immediately pay what is owed to a third party,  however,  we will act upon the instructions of the creditor or Courts, to resolve matters in the most ethical and compassionate way possible.

The first three stages of enforcement

Through the Courts

If a debt is unpaid, the creditor (the person who is owed the money) may take matters to Court, and obtain judgment against the debtor.
The debtor is the person that
the Court has decided owes the money.

Debt passed to Enforcement Agents

If the debtor then does not pay the debt,  the creditor  can request enforcement agents to satisfy the debt, or it may be passed to the High Court, for enforcement by a High Court Enforcement Officer

Enforcement

A letter is sent to the debtor by the enforcement agent, advising of their involvement, and  giving at least 7 days notice of their intention to collect the debt, and visit their premises.

If the debtor cannot pay, then goods may be removed in lieu of the debt, and sold at auction, usually at a fraction of their original value
Each Stage in the process increases the amount of debt payable by the debtor

Advice and information for debtors:

If you are able to pay all, or a substantial amount of your debt now,  we may be able to avoid the additional cost,  inconvenience and embarrassment of enforcement agents visiting your home or business premises.
If you've received a letter from us, it will tell you the amount of the debt that we have been instructed to collect by the Courts.
This notice will include the additional sum of £75 for our primary involvement, and for sending you the enforcement letter.

To pay the outstanding debt, or a substantial amount of it, you must act within 10 days of the date that our letter was posted to you.

PLEASE DO NOT IGNORE OUR LETTER.  If we have to visit your premises, (which will be an unannounced visit after 10 days), the debt will immediately increase by at least £235.00*

Remember, we are also able to take payment from family members or friends to help settle the debt.  An early enquiry by you in this direction could solve the immediate problem, and save you at least £235.00*
