Commercial Property Repossession or Forfeiture of Lease  


Most commercial leases allow the Landlord to terminate a lease without Court action if the tenant is in breach of the terms of the lease.


We can attend the premises with a locksmith, outside trading/opening times, and peacefully regain possession.


We normally charge a fixed fee plus locksmith's charges for this service.



Please note that this procedure is not suitable should there be any domestic living accommodation as an integral part of the premises.

A written lease (not licence) must exist.
