Domestic repossession and eviction
Regulations relating to Covid 19 changed from June 30th 2021, when all residential evictions become possible once again.
Residential evictions are carried-out by County Court bailiffs, unless the matter is transferred to the High Court.
If the High Court issues a Writ of possession, we are then able to arrange private bailiffs to effect an eviction within a short period of time.
