Taking your case to the High Court for faster action
There are times when the County Court process can be inappropriate or just too slow. This can depend upon the value of claim, or the speed with which the County Court's own Bailiffs are able to respond.
As a rule, High Court action deals with higher-value claims, backed up by faster bailiff action using
High Court Enforcement Officers. Evictions are also often speedier when resolved via the High Court.
Enforcement is the ultimate conclusion of the legal process in circumstances where all else has failed, and the High Court relies for much of it's enforcement on professionals, HCEOs and Enforcement Agents, who are officers of the Court acting under direction of the Court, but who are nonetheless independent of the Court Service and are instructed by the judgment creditor.

Anderson Enforcement are Certificated Enforcement Agents.
Our agents (bailiffs) are authorized by a District Judge to act upon certain County Court judgments, and those High Court Writs issued through a High Court Enforcement Officer.
We specialize in providing service within the Lancashire area, but can offer service throughout England and Wales.
High Court Enforcement Officer
Where you ask us to assist in transferring a case to the High Court, we will do so in conjunction with Frank G Whitworth, a well established and respected firm of High Court Enforcement Officers. Once the Writ has been sealed, we will then act upon the instruction of the High Court Enforcement Officer (HCEO), in providing the actual bailiff service in the field.
